Trump Drops NUKE on McConnell’s Mental State!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Despite stepping away from leadership, McConnell continues to work against Trump and his supporters. He played a key role in the post-January 6 narrative, openly blaming Trump for the Capitol riot.

“There’s no question — none — that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of the day,” McConnell declared at the time. “No question about it.”

But perhaps the biggest rift between the two comes down to foreign policy. McConnell has long represented the neoconservative, war-hawk wing of the Republican Party, repeatedly opposing Trump’s America First stance. He has been one of the strongest advocates for endless funding to Ukraine, frequently attacking Trump’s policies as “isolationist.”

McConnell’s declining health has fueled speculation that he may retire before his term ends in 2026. Yet instead of stepping away quietly, he is using his remaining time to obstruct Trump’s influence.

His latest move? Working against Trump’s Cabinet picks. McConnell helped tank Matt Gaetz’s nomination and voted with Democrats to block Pete Hegseth and Tulsi Gabbard from appointments. And on Thursday, he stood alone as the only Republican to vote against Robert Kennedy’s confirmation as Secretary of Health.

“I will not condone the re-litigation of proven cures, and neither will millions of Americans who credit their survival and quality of life to scientific miracles,” McConnell said in a statement, referencing Kennedy’s position on vaccine safety.

But Kennedy has made it clear that his goal is simple—transparency and rigorous safety testing. That, apparently, was too much for McConnell to accept.

Trump, speaking from the Oval Office during Kennedy’s swearing-in ceremony, didn’t hold back when addressing McConnell’s opposition.

“Well, I feel sorry for Mitch,” Trump said.

He described McConnell as “a very bitter guy” who “votes against everything now.”

“I was the one that got him to drop out of the leadership position, so he can’t love me,” Trump added. “He’s not voting against Bobby. He’s voting against me.”

Then came the most damning statement—Trump questioning McConnell’s mental fitness.

“He’s not equipped mentally,” Trump said bluntly.

According to Trump, this isn’t a new problem.

“He wasn’t equipped 10 years ago, mentally, in my opinion,” Trump continued. “He let the Republican Party go to hell.”

McConnell’s track record has made him a longstanding enemy of grassroots conservatives. But now, as his health visibly declines, his influence is waning.

For many on the right, the countdown has begun. Barring any surprises, conservatives will only have to deal with McConnell for two more years.
