Judge Just HUMILIATED Walz & Ellison!

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison suffered a significant setback in their effort to force Texas to surrender an ICE agent facing state charges after a federal judge rejected Minnesota’s attempt to immediately intervene in the dispute.

The ruling centers on Christian Castro, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer involved in Operation Metro Surge in Minneapolis earlier this year. Castro fired his weapon through a closed door during the federal enforcement operation, striking a Venezuelan national inside the residence.

Minnesota prosecutors subsequently charged Castro with four felony counts of second-degree assault. Walz and Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty then sought to have Texas surrender the federal officer so he could face prosecution in Minnesota.
