Illegal Immigrant’s Two Words Cost 3 Americans Their Lives

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

The victims of this crash weren’t numbers on a page. They were loved ones with futures that were stolen. A 30-year-old man from Florida City, a 37-year-old woman from Pompano Beach, and a 54-year-old man from Miami. All gone in an instant. The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles said it clearly: “Three people lost their lives as a result of his recklessness, and countless friends and family members will experience the pain of their loss forever.”

As if releasing Singh wasn’t enough, California added fuel to the fire. Despite being an illegal immigrant, Singh was able to secure a Commercial Driver’s License. That means he was legally allowed to operate trucks weighing up to 80,000 pounds—massive vehicles capable of causing mass destruction. California’s sanctuary state policies handed him the keys.

After the crash, even the Department of Homeland Security admitted Singh had no legitimate claim. He wasn’t married, had no children, no military ties, and wasn’t caring for a disabled or ill person. In short, he had zero grounds for asylum. Yet, because he said he was “afraid,” the system caved.

This tragedy is just the latest example of how America’s broken asylum system puts citizens in danger. The truth is, you don’t need proof to stay in the country. You don’t need evidence of threats or persecution. All it takes is claiming fear, and the system will roll over.

This wasn’t a case of someone slipping through the cracks. California actively enabled Singh’s life in America. Their policies not only shield illegal immigrants but provide them with state benefits, driver’s licenses, and, in this case, permission to drive commercial trucks. The result? Three innocent Floridians are dead.

Make no mistake, this is part of a bigger problem. The Biden administration has gutted immigration enforcement, reinstated catch-and-release, and eliminated key protections like the Remain in Mexico policy. When America signals to the world that anyone who claims “fear” gets a free pass, tragedies like this are inevitable. Singh should have been deported in 2018. Instead, he was on Florida roads with a CDL.

Singh now faces charges for three counts of vehicular homicide. But those charges only exist because the government failed to act years ago. If officials had enforced the law, those three Americans would still be alive.

This isn’t an isolated case. Time and again, illegal immigrants exploit the asylum loophole, get released into America, and then commit crimes that devastate families. Singh’s deadly U-turn wasn’t an accident—it was the logical outcome of ignoring immigration law.

The media may move on quickly. The Biden administration will avoid responsibility. Activists will call it an exception. But for the families in Florida, this is personal. Their loved ones are gone because the system valued the word “fear” over their lives.

This isn’t compassion—it’s insanity. Until America fixes its asylum system and puts citizens first, we will see more tragedies, more preventable deaths, and more families left wondering why their government chose illegals over Americans.
