Blanche made it clear that nothing was hidden from the public. The only edits made were to remove the names of victims to protect their privacy. As Blanche put it:
“The audio is divided into segments to reflect breaks during the interview. Some segments are shorter than others. Shorter segments are a result of audio tests and size limitations per recorded session. Except for the names of victims, every word is included. Nothing removed. Nothing hidden.”
The heart of the testimony focused on Maxwell’s direct involvement with the Clintons and the controversial Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). According to the group’s own mission statement, CGI was created to bring together world leaders, corporate executives, activists, and politicians in the name of global “philanthropy.”
But Maxwell told investigators her role was far from minor. When asked if she was part of the initial creation of CGI, the disgraced socialite responded without hesitation:
“I would say very central to that, yes.”
She then went further, explaining Epstein’s attempts to use her work for his own gain:
“[Epstein] supported me to help them, but then I think he may have tried to use that to insert himself in some way, that would not have surprised me at all.”
Maxwell admitted Epstein often interfered with her efforts to help the Clintons, recalling their disputes:
“And I know that he was annoying, in terms that I could catch him on the phone, and he wouldn’t always agree with what I wanted to do. And I was like, ‘It’s not your idea. I don’t really care what you think,’ but that didn’t go over so well.”
Despite her heavy involvement, Maxwell claimed the CGI wasn’t her idea. The Clintons, she said, had already been planning the project. Her role was simply to bring in the right people and smooth the process of getting it off the ground.
During the interview, Maxwell also disclosed that Bill Clinton and Epstein traveled together to Davos at least once, possibly twice. That acknowledgment adds more fuel to the ongoing scrutiny of Clinton’s relationship with Epstein.
Still, Maxwell drew some limits in her testimony. She said she does not believe Bill Clinton ever visited Epstein’s notorious private island. She also said she didn’t recall the former president going to Epstein’s lavish homes in New Mexico, Palm Beach, or New York.
Even with those denials, the interview raises new questions about the depths of the Clinton-Epstein connection. Maxwell’s testimony confirms what many Americans have long suspected: the Clintons were far more entangled with Epstein’s world than they have ever admitted.
With transcripts and recordings now in the hands of the public, the details of this shocking testimony are certain to reignite calls for accountability—not only for Maxwell and Epstein’s circle, but for the powerful political names tied to them.
