J.K. Rowling FIRES BACK at Harry Potter Stars!

“In light of recent open letters from academia and the arts criticising the UK’s Supreme Court ruling on sex-based rights, it’s possibly worth remembering that nobody sane believes, or has ever believed, that humans can change sex, or that binary sex isn’t a material fact,” Rowling wrote.

The ruling marked a rare win for women’s rights in the UK, establishing legal clarity in an era of gender confusion. Yet instead of celebrating this affirmation of biological reality, Hollywood elites rushed to condemn it, siding once again with a movement that has prioritized feelings over facts.

“These letters do nothing but remind us of what we know only too well: that pretending to believe these things has become an elitist badge of virtue,” Rowling added.

For Rowling, the backlash isn’t just misguided—it’s dangerous. She accuses her former colleagues of prioritizing social standing and career safety over common sense, throwing women’s rights under the bus to avoid being canceled.

“Some argue that signatories of these sorts of letters are motivated by fear: fear for their careers, of course, but also fear of their co-religionists, who include angry, narcissistic men who threaten and sometimes enact violence on non-believers; back-stabbing colleagues ever ready to report wrongthink; the online shamers and doxxers and rape threateners, and, of course, the influential zealots in the upper echelons of liberal professions,” she said.

While Rowling didn’t name any specific actors, the targets of her criticism were clear.

Eddie Redmayne, star of the “Fantastic Beasts” prequel series, added his name to the list. So did Katie Leung, who played Cho Chang in the original film series, and Paapa Essiedu, who is slated to portray Severus Snape in HBO’s reboot—where Rowling herself remains an executive producer.

Other British stars who jumped on the virtue-signaling bandwagon include Bella Ramsey of “The Last of Us,” Joe Alwyn, and “Bridgerton” actress Nicola Coughlan.

Despite the pushback, Rowling doubled down on what she sees as a cultural tide finally turning in favor of truth.

“Court losses are starting to stack up” against the trans lobby, she noted, celebrating recent legal victories and a rising resistance from women who are “fighting back and winning significant victories.”

Then came the dagger.

“I wonder if they ever ask themselves how they got here, and I wonder whether any of them will ever feel shame,” she wrote in the essay’s final line—a brutal rhetorical blow to the actors who turned against the author who helped make their careers.

The backlash against Rowling’s stance has been relentless. Social media activists have already called for boycotts of HBO’s upcoming “Harry Potter” series. Yet HBO CEO Casey Bloys seems to be distancing the company from the culture war, insisting Rowling’s personal views won’t seep into the show.

“I think it’s pretty clear that those are her personal political views. She’s entitled to them,” Bloys said in an interview. “And if you want to debate her, you can go on Twitter.”

Still, the tension is impossible to ignore. Even veteran actor John Lithgow, who’s been cast as Dumbledore in the upcoming series, revealed he’s already facing backlash just for working on the project.

For Rowling, however, the controversy has only cemented her resolve. She’s not apologizing. She’s not backing down. And in an age where truth is punished and lies are rewarded, that may be the most radical act of all.
