CNN’s latest attempt to stir doubt among Trump voters backfired in real-time as three Black Americans went on air and obliterated the mainstream narrative. Asked whether they would still support Donald Trump if given another shot, each voter proudly reaffirmed their decision — leaving host Van Jones visibly flustered and Anderson Cooper speechless.
These aren’t lifelong Republicans or MAGA loyalists. In fact, all three had initially opposed Trump. But after witnessing his first term, their minds — and their votes — shifted decisively.

“One thousand percent, absolutely yes,” declared Kyasia Kraft, who had voted against Trump in 2016 but backed him in 2020. “I saw how things were going during his first term, and I was pleasantly surprised, and I was pleased with what was happening. I saw the economy getting better. I saw country relations in certain countries getting better.”
That’s not the kind of answer CNN was fishing for.
