Wisconsin Judge Just Walked Away… And Left THIS!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Her words underscored deep frustration over the direction Wisconsin’s courts have taken under liberal dominance. She didn’t mince words about what conservatives must do next. “The conservative movement needs to take stock of its failures, identify the problem, and fix it. I will not seek reelection to the Wisconsin Supreme Court because I believe the best path for me to rebuild the conservative movement and fight for liberty is not as a minority member of the Court.”

The timing could not be more critical. Liberals have captured four of the last five Wisconsin Supreme Court races, including the record-breaking 2023 contest that saw unprecedented national spending. Despite high-profile support—even from figures like Elon Musk—conservatives lost by double digits, leaving many wondering how the movement can mount a comeback in future judicial showdowns.

The stakes extend far beyond Wisconsin’s borders. With issues like abortion, redistricting, election integrity, and union bargaining headed to the court, the outcome of Bradley’s seat could influence national debates. The Associated Press has already noted that Bradley was one of the most reliably conservative voices on the bench, opposing a ruling that weakened Wisconsin’s 1849 abortion law and consistently standing against judicial activism.

Her record speaks for itself. Bradley sided with fellow conservatives to uphold laws limiting collective bargaining for state workers—a move long despised by unions but applauded by taxpayers. She also supported challenges to ballot drop boxes, a hot-button issue that fueled nationwide battles over election laws.

But not every case went her way. In a pivotal 2020 election dispute, Bradley joined conservatives to take up a challenge to Wisconsin’s results. Ultimately, the effort failed after Justice Brian Hagedorn sided with liberals, producing a 4-3 ruling that allowed Joe Biden’s victory in the state to stand. The case became a defining flashpoint in the national conversation about election integrity.

With Bradley stepping aside, the left wasted no time positioning itself. Judge Chris Taylor, a progressive from the state appeals court, had already launched his campaign for her seat even before her announcement. Taylor’s early entry signals that Democrats are determined to lock down control of the bench.

Voters will make their choice on April 7, 2026, deciding who will carry Bradley’s torch—or replace it with a solidly liberal vote. Her term officially ends July 31, 2026, giving conservatives less than two years to regroup, mobilize, and figure out how to counter the left’s aggressive push for judicial power in one of America’s most critical swing states.

Wisconsin has always been a battleground in presidential elections, and now its state Supreme Court is poised to become the next front line. For conservatives, the fight to hold the line on law, liberty, and constitutional order has only just begun.
