The bloodshed in Syria rages on, with thousands of Alawites and Christians reportedly slaughtered, yet mainstream media remains eerily silent. Estimates of the death toll range from 7,000 to a staggering 17,000, as a brutal campaign of ethnic and religious cleansing unfolds.
According to Greek Member of the European Parliament Nikolas Farantouris, over 7,000 Christians and Alawites have been “slaughtered” in Syria. Farantouris, who is a member of the European Parliament’s Committee on Security & Defense, recently visited Damascus to witness the devastation firsthand, Greek City Times reports.

Armenian Christian YouTuber Kevork Almassian described the horror in Latakia, where Al-Qaida-linked militias led by President Mohammed Al-Jolani launched attacks on Alawite civilians. “Kids, children, newborn babies, women and men have been executed in daylight in the streets, all documented on video because the goal is not only to kill, but they are having pleasure by killing all these ordinary people,” Almassian said.
