Good was killed during an encounter with federal agents after she allegedly refused to comply with orders to exit her vehicle. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem addressed the incident directly, laying out the government’s account of what led to the fatal shooting.
According to Noem, Good escalated the confrontation to a dangerous level.
“She refused to comply and then ‘attempted to run them over and ram them with her vehicle,’” Noem said.
