PA DA Investigates Third County Fraud!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

The discrepancies in Monroe County came to light during a standard review by the election board. The initial review identified approximately 30 questionable forms, which were immediately handed over to the District Attorney’s office for further examination. With suspicions heightened, officials are considering widening the scope of the investigation, potentially expanding it to neighboring areas as well.

Field+Media Corps, which positions itself as a nonpartisan organization focused on enhancing voter registration and participation, has been particularly active in communities of color in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and California since 2017. On its website, the company states it specializes in “strategic field and media operations” that promote voter outreach and registration drives. However, recent discoveries have cast doubt on their methods, particularly in Pennsylvania.

In response to the allegations, Field+Media Corps issued a statement early Wednesday, denying any knowledge of fraudulent activity. “We are proud of our work to help expand access to voting through our nonpartisan voter registration program. We have not been contacted by election officials in PA counties and we have no additional information on the alleged problematic registration forms,” the company stated. The firm emphasized that, should they become a target of investigation, they would “work with local officials to help resolve any discrepancies to allow eligible people to vote.”

This isn’t the first time Field+Media Corps has been associated with questionable registration practices. The consulting group has been flagged for similar issues in York County, where officials previously received a significant volume of suspicious voter registration forms.

In York County, the President Commissioner, Julie Wheeler, reassured residents that election officials are closely scrutinizing all submissions. “We are committed to ensuring the integrity, safety, and security of our elections. The York County Office of Elections and Voter Registration has received a large delivery containing thousands of election-related materials from a third-party organization. As with all submissions, our staff follows a process for ensuring all voter registrations and mail-in ballot requests are legal. That process is currently underway,” Wheeler noted in a public statement. She added that any suspected fraud would be reported to the District Attorney’s office for an official investigation.

York County’s District Attorney’s office also reiterated its stance on maintaining election integrity, stating that it remains ready to conduct thorough investigations if sufficient evidence of illegal activities is found. “The Office of the District Attorney has been in constant contact with the York County Commissioners and York County Board of Elections regarding any potential irregularities… As we have always done, this office will investigate any matter regarding elections that require a criminal investigation and if needed, would prosecute any cases where the evidence is sufficient to support a conviction,” the office confirmed.

The developments in Monroe and York counties have spurred reactions on social media, with former President Donald Trump adding his voice to the debate on the social media platform X. “Wow! York County, Pennsylvania, received THOUSANDS of potentially FRAUDULENT Voter Registration Forms and Mail-In Ballot Applications from a third-party group,” he wrote. “This is on top of Lancaster County being caught with 2600 Fake Ballots and Forms, all written by the same person. Really bad “stuff.” WHAT IS GOING ON IN PENNSYLVANIA??? Law Enforcement must do their job, immediately!!! WOW!!!”

The investigation has expanded beyond Monroe County, with Lancaster County officials also reporting around 2,500 questionable applications linked to large-scale voter canvassing efforts. Officials there remain cautious, refraining from naming any particular organizations as investigations continue.

As concerns mount, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office has advised the Pennsylvania Secretary of State to issue a statewide alert to election boards, warning them to remain vigilant against any suspicious or irregular registrations. The probe into these potentially fraudulent activities remains active, with county officials urging caution and diligence as they work to uphold the integrity of Pennsylvania’s electoral process.
