MTG Exposes Addiction Crisis in Congress!

“I’m not naming and names in particular, but everyone pretty much knows it’s the same old, same old,” Greene said. “[The] classic neocon establishment in Washington. It’s just an existence. It’s a conglomerate.”

Last week, Greene sent shockwaves through Washington after posting on X, “I represent the base and when I’m frustrated and upset over the direction of things, you better be clear, the base is not happy.”

And now, the target of her ire is becoming even clearer.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Greene pointed to the sinking of Ed Martin’s nomination for U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C. — a move largely orchestrated by Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC), who withdrew support because of Martin’s defense of January 6 defendants.

“We have problems in Congress,” Greene said, signaling Tillis’s sabotage. “[Trump’s] agenda is not being passed in Congress.”

She continued, slamming Senate obstructionists: “Look at the Senate. We’ve got, what is it? Four or five senators that are saying ‘No Ed Martin.’ Susan Collins is one of them, and she’s the Chair of Appropriations. Like these are powerful people that are refusing to pass the president’s agenda.”

Greene reminded Americans that they didn’t elect these senators to stand in the way of the people’s choice.

“Americans didn’t vote for Susan Collins or Thom Tillis,” Greene emphasized.

“So why would Senate Republicans hold that up?” she demanded. Greene blamed a widening “disconnect between typical Republican leadership and control and Washington, D.C., and all the muck that comes with it.”

The Georgia firebrand, rumored to be considering a 2026 Senate bid, didn’t stop there. She also blasted her colleagues for dragging their feet on crucial government spending reforms championed by Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

“His executive orders, DOGE cuts, rescissions, those are the easiest things” Republicans should be able to agree on, Greene argued.

Instead, Greene suggested, some establishment types are simply waiting Trump out, eager for him to exit the stage so they can resume the same failed policies of bloated budgets and endless war.

“The Republican establishment wants to do this like a speed bump,” Greene warned. “They know that President Trump can’t run again.”

“They would love to continue just steaming ahead in their same path, and try to get over him like a speed bump and keep going,” Greene declared. “And my voice is important to not allow that to happen.”

In the fight for America’s future, Greene is making it clear: the MAGA base isn’t going anywhere — and neither is the battle to defend Trump’s America First vision.
