Trump’s effort to appear “hands-off” allowed career bureaucrats and political operatives to wage open war against his administration. While Trump’s allies, from Paul Manafort to Roger Stone, faced aggressive investigations and prosecutions, Obama-era officials who peddled the Russia collusion hoax were never held to account.
When Joe Biden entered office, the DOJ’s bias only deepened. Political opponents were no longer just investigated—they were criminalized. From the January 6 defendants to Trump himself, the Department of Justice has become a weapon used to crush dissent.
Now, with Trump seeking a second term, reforming the DOJ has become one of his most urgent promises. His early choice for attorney general, Congressman Matt Gaetz, stepped aside amid congressional pushback, paving the way for former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi to take the helm.
But Bondi’s past decisions are raising red flags. Back in 2012, as Florida’s top prosecutor, she caved to political pressure from race activists like Al Sharpton and Ben Crump by appointing a special prosecutor in the Trayvon Martin case, even though police had already deemed George Zimmerman’s actions self-defense.
That decision, as filmmaker Joel Gilbert revealed in The Trayvon Hoax, was based on fraudulent testimony and ultimately laid the groundwork for the creation of Black Lives Matter—the same group that would later lead violent protests and riots across America.
Now, Bondi’s leadership of the DOJ has conservatives worried that Trump’s “hands off” approach could once again lead to disappointment. As Trump himself has said, “it’s up to Pam.” But if Bondi hesitates to act, the cost could be steep.
According to investigative reports published in The Gateway Pundit, New York Attorney General Letitia James allegedly engaged in years of mortgage and housing fraud tied to her five-unit Brooklyn property. Reports say James falsified information on loan documents—claiming the building had fewer than five units to secure cheaper rates—and failed to register her tenants under rent stabilization laws.
Even more alarming, records show James listed her father as her spouse on a mortgage application and falsely declared a Virginia property as her “primary residence” to secure lower interest rates. That same Virginia property was reportedly used to house a fugitive relative wanted in North Carolina.
All of these allegations were compiled into a Prosecution Memorandum detailing potential federal and state criminal violations. Yet the DOJ has done nothing.
The inaction is part of a larger pattern. The DOJ appears to move mountains to prosecute Republicans but looks the other way when Democrats are involved. Bureaucrats routinely stall or dismiss cases involving left-wing figures under excuses like “insufficient evidence” or “unfavorable juries.” It’s the same logic James Comey used to excuse Hillary Clinton—and the same reasoning Special Counsel Robert Hur used when declining to charge Joe Biden over classified documents.
This selective enforcement has shattered public trust. When political elites like Letitia James walk free while ordinary Americans—many of them veterans and working-class patriots—rot in prison for protesting on January 6, it sends a chilling message: justice depends on your party affiliation.
If the DOJ continues to act as a shield for Democrats, it risks losing all legitimacy. Each time it refuses to prosecute one of its own, it cements a dangerous precedent—one where political loyalty outweighs the law itself.
Donald Trump has a choice to make. He can let the DOJ continue its partisan paralysis, or he can take decisive control and demand accountability—starting with Letitia James. Prosecuting her would not only uphold justice but would send a clear message: no one, not even a Democrat attorney general, is above the law.
The Department of Justice now stands at a defining moment. Either it restores faith in the rule of law—or it admits, once and for all, that America has become a nation with two systems of justice.

Maybe Trump needs to get rid of Pam Bondi if what is said about her is true in letting democrats off the hook. Maybe trump needs to replace her with someone that has a “pair” and will arrest all the people that are only getting a hand slap. I really thought she was going to be tough as nails. I sincerely hope what they’re saying about her letting people slide is not correct and very soon, she will put the hammer down on these people that the DOJ has always let go with a hand slap, if even that.
I’ve read so many good things about Pam Bondi since she was appointed. How she doesn’t let anyone tell her what time it is, She tells them! From small time law breakers, to taking down corrupt judges in their own courtrooms, She is the person we all wish was in office when the Left was Abusing the system! Don’t change your stripes Pam! Be the Tiger we Know You Are! Slice and Dice All the Corrupt players, and serve them up for dinner!!
