LAPD Just Vindicated Trump!

“Federal law enforcement officers were attacked by violent radicals and illegal criminals waving foreign flags because Governor Newsom was too weak to protect the city,” Leavitt said. “The Los Angeles Police Chief has even said the riots were getting out of hand.”

She added, “President Trump has stepped in to maintain law and order and protect federal buildings.”

While Newsom clutched his pearls, President Trump took decisive action.

He ordered 2,000 National Guard troops to be federalized and sent into Los Angeles, beginning deployment on Sunday. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed that the mission was to restore stability, assist peaceful protestors, and safeguard federal property.

That wasn’t all.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth followed up Monday evening with another powerful move—dispatching 700 U.S. Marines trained in de-escalation to aid local officers and guard troops. With federal law enforcement under siege, Washington wasn’t about to sit back.

Meanwhile, Governor Newsom chose to whine rather than lead. Instead of confronting the chaos, he accused Trump of fueling it.

“This is exactly what Donald Trump wanted,” Newsom ranted on X. “He flamed the fires and illegally acted to federalize the National Guard. The order he signed doesn’t just apply to CA. It will allow him to go into ANY STATE and do the same thing.”

“We’re suing him,” he added—more concerned about politics than public safety.

But the Constitution is not on Newsom’s side. As commander-in-chief, Trump has full authority to mobilize both active duty troops and National Guard forces in emergencies threatening federal interests.

Things took an even stranger turn when Newsom, during an unhinged MSNBC segment, dared border czar Tom Homan to come arrest him for harboring illegal immigrants. The bold challenge got the attention of Trump himself.

Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked Trump, “Gavin Newsom is — he’s daring Tom Homan to come and arrest him. Should he do it?”

Trump responded: “I would do it if I were Tom. I think it’s great. Gavin likes the publicity. I like Gavin Newsom. He is a nice guy, but he’s grossly incompetent. Everybody knows [that]. All you have to do is look at the little railroad he is building. It’s about 100 times over budget.”

While the left peddles hysteria, Trump continues to project leadership and strength. The federal response is stabilizing Los Angeles, while Democrat leadership melts under pressure. Once again, it’s Trump who’s stepping in to clean up the mess.
