The Biden administration’s grip on federal agencies has long been a source of concern among conservatives, but newly uncovered details about the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) show just how far the political rot has spread. In a stunning revelation, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem blew the lid off a secretive TSA program that prioritized political connections over national safety—and now Democrats are scrambling for cover.
At the heart of the scandal is the TSA’s “Silent Partners Quiet Skies” initiative, a surveillance program allegedly designed to monitor high-risk travelers. But according to Noem, it became little more than a backdoor pipeline for protecting political elites while targeting dissenters.
“It is clear that this program was used as a political rolodex of the Biden Administration—weaponized against its political foes and to benefit their well-heeled friends,” Secretary Noem stated.

Among those caught in the crosshairs is Billy Shaheen, husband of Democrat Senator Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire. Despite flying alongside a known or suspected terrorist on at least three occasions in 2023, Shaheen received unprecedented protection from scrutiny—after his wife intervened.
