In a display that perfectly captured the media’s double standard, ABC7’s Amy Powell bizarrely labeled a violent riot in Los Angeles as “mostly peaceful,” even as chaos and destruction unfolded in front of her own camera crew.
As the Trump administration cracks down on illegal immigration and steps up enforcement against sanctuary cities, open-border activists in Los Angeles erupted into full-blown unrest outside a federal detention facility. Protesters stormed Commerce Street near the 101 freeway, with emotions flaring and tensions boiling over.
