Greg Abbott Just Made His BOLDEST Move Yet

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

He reminded Americans that Texas already has thousands of National Guard soldiers supporting border security efforts.

“Elite” Forces on the Move

By Monday, Abbott had posted a striking image captioned, “The elite Texas National Guard. Ever ready. Deploying now.”

This was not just a photo op — it was a statement of intent. Texas, under Abbott, continues to show what real leadership looks like: swift action, not endless excuses.

Meanwhile, Illinois officials and other Democrat-run states are doing the opposite. Instead of aiding law enforcement, they’re obstructing it.

Chicago’s Chaos Exposed

In Chicago, the response from liberal leadership has been nothing short of disastrous. Democratic Mayor Brandon Johnson went so far as to issue an executive order banning federal immigration authorities from using city property for enforcement operations.

Johnson also fanned the flames of division by claiming conservatives were “seeking a rematch of the Civil War,” according to Fox News. His inflammatory rhetoric comes as Chicago police face criticism for refusing to help Border Patrol agents who were surrounded by a violent mob over the weekend.

DHS Fires Back at Illinois Leadership

The Department of Homeland Security released a scathing rebuttal against Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, who falsely accused the Trump administration of waging an “unconstitutional invasion of Illinois.”

“Our message to JB Pritzker: Get out of your mansion and see Chicago,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “If J.B. Pritzker actually walked the streets of his own city, he would see domestic terrorists and violent rioters attacking police officers and the scourge of violent crime as a direct result of his own policies.”

DHS officials made it clear: federal authorities have the constitutional power to defend U.S. property and personnel — and they will.

“This is neither unconstitutional nor an invasion. President Trump has the authority under the Constitution to deploy troops, wherever they’re stationed, to defend federal facilities from attacks,” the release stated. “Whether it’s the ICE facility in Broadview or the courthouse in Portland, we will defend federal property wherever they are under siege.”

The Reality on the Ground

Despite Pritzker’s claims that “peaceful protesters” were being attacked, DHS clarified the difference between protest and violence.

“The First Amendment protects speech and peaceful assembly — not rioting. DHS is taking reasonable and constitutional measures to uphold the rule of law and protect our officers.”

The statement also highlighted the growing dangers faced by federal officers:

“ICE officers are facing a nearly 1,000 percent increase in assaults against them as they put their lives on the line to arrest murderers, rapists, and gang members. We remind members of the media to exercise caution as they cover these violent riots and remind journalists that covering unlawful activities in the field does come with risks.”

Texas Steps In Where Others Fail

While blue-state politicians posture and deflect blame, Abbott’s Texas is taking concrete action to defend the nation’s sovereignty and support federal law enforcement. His latest deployment shows that Texas won’t stand by while America’s cities burn and its agents are attacked.

Abbott’s message resonates far beyond the Lone Star State: if liberal leaders won’t uphold the law, Texas will.
