Texas Governor Greg Abbott isn’t waiting for permission to protect America’s values. While blue-state leaders cave to mob rule and political correctness, Abbott has unleashed a message loud and clear — Texas will defend the rule of law where others refuse.
Texas Takes the Lead
On Sunday, Abbott announced that 400 Texas National Guard troops were being activated and ready to assist federal officials. His statement made clear that Texas isn’t afraid to act decisively while left-wing states hesitate.
“I fully authorized the President to call up 400 members of the Texas National Guard to ensure safety for federal officials,” he wrote on X.
Abbott didn’t stop there. He directly challenged liberal leaders who’ve obstructed immigration enforcement and law-and-order operations.
“You can either fully enforce protection for federal employees or get out of the way and let Texas Guard do it. No Guard can match the training, skill, and expertise of the Texas National Guard. They defend our country with pride,” he continued.
