The FBI “had a personal stake” in obtaining papers at Mar-a-Lago, according to The Gateway Pundit, which was published following the Biden regime’s August 2022 raid. They were searching for Spygate records!
On January 19, 2021, President Trump declassified a binder containing hundreds of files on the Crossfire Hurricane affair. It has damaging information regarding the unscrupulous people that work for our government.
President Trump’s clear, valid order to publish the binder in the Federal Register has been ignored by two DOJ attorneys general.
The DOJ had previously sent the binder back to the White House after making redactions to safeguard sources and procedures. Still, the dishonest FBI desired to keep names secret. Thus, the DOJ required the binder to abide by the 1974 Privacy Act at the last minute.
Any “agency” that releases records is required by the Act to conceal any personally identifying information. The DOJ was aware that this Act was a delay tactic and did not apply to the White House.
22 years ago, the courts ruled that the White House is not an agency and that the Privacy Act was founded on FOIA petitions.
This memo and the binder were returned to the DOJ by Chief of Staff Mark Meadows only hours before President Trump departed office on January 20. “Out of an abundance of caution,” he urged the DOJ to make any necessary redactions under the Privacy Act.
He requests in the message that the binder be released as soon as possible as it is completed. Stupidly, Meadows assumed this would take three to four days. The National Archives, which also denied possessing a copy of the declassified binder, sent the Meadows memo to Just the News.
Meadows concedes in interviews that different departments frequently blocked or disobeyed Trump’s directives. After they departed the White House, Meadows realized better than to rely on the DOJ to make this damning binder public. It was his responsibility to make the binder public. However, by doing so, he ran the risk of drawing the attention of the FBI and DOJ.
New information from the Mar-a-Lago raid on Monday might clarify the goals of the FBI and why the agency did not reveal the Spygate materials as required by President Trump’s resignation.
According to Paul Sperry, FBI investigators looked for information President Trump brought with him on the Crossfire Hurricane FBI surveillance incident for nine hours.
It is believed that the FBI and DOJ are hiding their illegal activities and attempted coup against President Trump. This prompted the search for possibly damning papers to warrant a raid on his residence.
