Last week, an investigative report by The Gateway Pundit shed light on the potential for abuse within the UOCAVA voting process. “The potential for fraud in the absentee ballot counting process is clear,” says the report, highlighting how ballots from overseas voters may be manipulated to benefit certain political parties. As more irregularities come to light, many are questioning how millions of unverified votes can slip through the cracks.
Take, for instance, the case in Maricopa County, Arizona. During a hand recount of UOCAVA ballots, discrepancies became glaringly apparent. The recount revealed that President Biden received 74% of the UOCAVA vote compared to Trump’s 26%—a stark contrast to the razor-thin margins reported in the state’s overall results. Similar patterns were observed in other states. In Fulton County, Georgia, a recount of 950 UOCAVA ballots showed 100% of the votes going to Biden, raising eyebrows among Republican poll watchers.
In Louisiana, another poll worker reported that 80% of UOCAVA ballots were cast for Biden, while in Richmond, Virginia, a hand-tally of approximately 1,000 ballots reflected an 85-90% preference for Biden. These unusual disparities have led many to question the validity of the UOCAVA counting process.
It’s no secret that U.S. military members overwhelmingly vote Republican in presidential elections, which makes the overwhelming support for Biden among UOCAVA ballots even more difficult to comprehend. These inconsistencies have sparked concerns that something much deeper may be at play.
A significant issue lies in the ease with which UOCAVA voters can register. Unlike U.S. citizens residing in the country, who must provide the last four digits of their social security number or a state-issued ID, overseas voters using UOCAVA can bypass this process. Websites like VoteFromAbroad.org make it possible for overseas citizens to register without providing any proof of identification or connection to a particular U.S. address. As a result, UOCAVA opens the door to potential voter fraud by allowing non-verified voters to participate in elections.
In a discussion with Jim Hoft, founder of The Gateway Pundit, the ease with which UOCAVA votes can be injected into the election process was further explored. Hoft points out that the removal of GOP poll challengers from the TCF Center during the 2020 election, particularly during the counting of these “military” ballots, raised serious red flags. According to eyewitness accounts, GOP poll watchers were told to “take a break” while UOCAVA ballots were being processed, and once they left the room, they were locked out due to supposed COVID-19 restrictions. Meanwhile, Democrat poll challengers remained inside, with lunch delivered to them—covering the windows with pizza boxes to block visibility into the counting process.
What happened next is still a point of contention. Jocelyn Benson, Michigan’s Secretary of State, was interviewed by conservative radio host Frank Beckmann, where she defended the decision to cover the windows. Benson claimed that “windows were being broken” and that “Detroit Police” were responsible for covering them for security reasons. However, in the same interview, Beckmann spoke to a firsthand witness who debunked Benson’s claims, alleging that her statements were part of a larger effort to suppress Republican poll watchers.

As conservatives continue to press for answers, it’s becoming clear that the irregularities observed in the 2020 election, particularly surrounding UOCAVA ballots, must be addressed before the upcoming 2024 election. Could UOCAVA ballots be the key to how elections can be manipulated? With Democrats allegedly aiming to increase the number of overseas voters, many believe it’s crucial to investigate further.
Stay tuned for the next installment, where we’ll explore potential solutions to protect the integrity of U.S. elections and ensure that every vote counts fairly.
