Bombshell News: Trump Associate Denied Bail in Startling Turn of Events

Authorities in Fulton County have imprisoned Harrison Floyd, a fervent fan of former President Donald J. Trump, without posting bail. He was instrumental in helping Trump challenge Georgia’s 2020 election results.

According to sources from The Western Journal, Floyd was the only defendant out of a group of 19 who did not obtain a consent bond order, offering him the chance to plead guilty and be released. This information was also validated by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

On the day of his surrender, Floyd posted a video of himself entering Atlanta on social media. The caption for the video stated, “Lord Protect Me While Im in These Streets.”

Under Georgia’s RICO Act, Floyd is accused of a number of violations, including conspiring to solicit the publication of fraudulent statements and writings and influencing witnesses. According to the indictment, Floyd allegedly attempted to persuade Ruby Freeman, an election worker, to make up allegations of election fraud. Floyd has requested a consent bond order, but it is still unknown why the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has not yet done so.

Floyd encountered legal issues earlier this year when he was accused in May for an altercation that took place in February. Floyd allegedly punched an FBI agent at his Rockville, Maryland home while being given a subpoena, according to The Washington Post.

The subpoena referred to the investigation of Trump by special prosecutor Jack Smith. The agents’ lack of proper identification during the encounter, according to Floyd’s defense, forced him to defend himself.

Floyd, the founder of Black Voices for Trump, is currently being detained by law enforcement in the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, Georgia. Floyd was just captured in a mugshot.

The trial date for the case has been suggested as October 23, 2023 by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. Legal professionals, however, doubt the viability of this timeframe, especially given that Willis plans to charge all 19 defendants concurrently.

Charges against those connected to organized crime are being brought under Georgia’s RICO Act. With the use of this strong law, prosecutors can combine various suspected offenses into the single allegation of racketeering.
