Biden’s Downfall, Trump’s Ascent: Analysis Reveals!

Based on a variety of criteria, a new research indicates that Donald Trump has a good chance of defeating Joe Biden in the next election.

Veteran political strategist Dr. Louis Perron, the author of the soon-to-be released book “Beat the Incumbent: Proven Strategies and Tactics to Win Elections,” argues that despite all that has gone wrong under Biden’s leadership, Trump is not a lock to win the presidency.

“Elections with an incumbent are foremost a referendum on the incumbent. As two-thirds of Americans think that their country is headed in the wrong direction and more than half of voters tell pollsters that they disapprove of the job President Joe Biden is doing, the 2024 election is the Republicans’ to lose,” Perron begins.

However, he says that he cautions in his book “candidates not to rely solely on the weaknesses, failures, and even scandals of an incumbent government. They are often not enough to bring down an incumbent government.”

He uses the following quote from a focus group participant to clarify: “Voting for a challenger is like moving houses. Yes, you’re unhappy with the place you currently live in, but you want to know what the new house will look like.”

Perron brings out a crucial problem with Trump.

“Their likely nominee, Donald Trump, is as disliked as Joe Biden, and worse, he’s not a new commodity as challengers otherwise often are. Most people have made up their minds about him, and it’s much more difficult to change public opinion than to define it in the first place,” he wrote. “I always tell my clients that the best and only starting point for effective campaign planning is brutal honesty. The reality is that being out on bail in four jurisdictions, Donald Trump is a deeply flawed general election candidate.”

Perron, however, thinks the outcome of the presidential race next year will be lower “to the so-called double haters, those who have an unfavorable opinion about both Trump and Biden.” The expert predicted that Trump will win if Biden continues to be the center of attention, but noted that the converse would also occur if Trump continues to receive greater attention.

He adds:

Challengers must first focus on the incumbent and keep them accountable in order to beat their opponent. Given that voters are obviously unhappy with the status quo, Republicans and Donald Trump will now have to defend Joe Biden’s actions. We cannot allow them to avoid accountability the way Barack Obama and his group did in 2012, deftly placing the blame for economic unrest on George W. Bush.

Perron continued by saying that, in his opinion, swing voters would either be offended or won’t give a damn about Trump establishing personal benchmarks. He also predicted that “the decision issue will be, as always, the economy” if the battles in Gaza and Ukraine do not spark a third global conflict. And Perron thinks this is where Trump may have an advantage.

ALERT! Major Water Restrictions In Effect!

“Voters used to credit Trump with economic competence, so there is something to work with. During the first three years of Donald Trump in the White House, the U.S. economy did remarkably well. Republicans should take this record as a basis to actively renew and update their credibility on the economy. There has to be more in store to get out and vote for than the usual hackneyed claims of lower taxes and less bureaucracy,” he writes.

An expert claims that since politics is a game of strengths and weaknesses, Trump is particularly vulnerable in this regard. Republicans must accept that, despite his support’s fervor and dedication—which his campaign should undoubtedly capitalize on—relying just on the base will not be sufficient to win a general election. That’s the analyst’s recommendation.

It is critical that Trump’s team and Republican leaders gently stress that rejecting the outgoing president entails giving up the beneficial measures they valued in order to win over people.

Subsequently, he declared that polls are “meaningless at this point in time” and may even be used to induce a candidate’s slumber and prevent them from altering their campaign’s strategic course.

“Republicans have homework to do, and if they don’t take drastic action now, they might blow it (again),” Perron concluded.
