So much for Biden deliberating until the final hour. The so-called decision was rubber-stamped by a staffer in less time than it takes to warm up leftovers.
We’re now learning that this wasn’t an isolated case. According to the Oversight Project, every single pardon issued that night — including those for Biden’s political allies and even members of his own family — bears the same autopen signature.
Even more troubling, former Biden official Neera Tanden previously testified that she controlled the autopen for nearly two years. She claimed she never abused the power. Yet now, it’s clear the White House Chief of Staff was calling the shots while Biden was apparently asleep.
Jeff Zients, the same man who browbeat Americans with threats of a “winter of death” if they didn’t comply with vaccine mandates, was the one giving Fauci a free pass behind closed doors.
President Trump is now calling for a full investigation. He warned, “Whoever had control of the AUTOPEN is looking to be a bigger and bigger scandal by the moment.”
Even Biden’s own pardon attorney, Ed Martin, is raising eyebrows. He reportedly told investigators he’d “never seen pardons of this scope” and said “it looks like they could be corrupt.”
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is demanding the Department of Justice look into whether Biden’s mental decline was being exploited by staffers who pushed through radical decisions without his full awareness. “If in fact Biden’s staffers were exploiting his mental decline, those orders are null and void,” Bailey stated.
The House Oversight Committee, under Chairman James Comer, is launching a full-scale probe. Subpoenas have already gone out to key White House staff, and the early signs are troubling.
Some aides are refusing to cooperate. Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff, Anthony Bernal, didn’t even show up for his deposition. Meanwhile, the President’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, invoked the Fifth Amendment at least ten times when questioned about Biden’s condition.
Why all the secrecy? What are they hiding?
The bigger question behind this scandal is deeply unsettling: Was Joe Biden even in control of the presidency?
Emails show that Biden would allegedly mutter vague directions in meetings, which were later interpreted and written up by staffers who weren’t even in the room. These summaries — or “blurbs” — were then distributed by email and used to justify major executive actions.
In the case of Fauci’s pardon, final approval came from a staffer at 10:30 PM with a simple “reply all.” Not a meeting. Not a signing ceremony. Not even a phone call.
That’s not presidential leadership. That’s bureaucracy on autopilot.
The Constitution gives the power to pardon solely to the President — not to his chief of staff, not to a committee of aides, and certainly not to a glorified printer.
If Biden wasn’t mentally fit to authorize those pardons himself, they should be considered invalid.
Dr. Fauci, once hailed by the media as a scientific savior, may soon face the consequences he’s long dodged.
His pardon — issued through a sketchy autopen signature — might not hold legal water. Fauci has been accused of lying to Congress about gain-of-function research and bulldozing the nation into devastating lockdowns. He promoted experimental vaccines, silenced dissenting voices, and wielded power with unchecked arrogance.
Now it turns out his “get-out-of-jail-free” card might’ve been signed while Biden was tucked in for the night.
The American people deserve the truth.
They deserve accountability.
And they deserve to know who was really pulling the strings in the Biden White House.
This autopen scandal is far from over — and it might just bring the whole house of cards crashing down.
