JUST IN: Liz Cheney Caught in J6 Fake Evidence Scandal!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

The note in question was a central piece of evidence used by Cheney during the committee’s hearings to support Hutchinson’s claims about the White House’s response to the Capitol riot. Hutchinson testified that she wrote the note around 3 p.m. on January 6, at the height of the chaos, and that it contained a proposed statement for Trump to issue.

Eric Herschmann has consistently denied Hutchinson’s version of events, stating that he was the one who authored the note during an internal White House meeting. According to Herschmann, he drafted the note in real-time as officials discussed how to respond to the unfolding crisis.

In a statement to ABC News, a spokesperson for Herschmann confirmed that the note was indeed written by him, not Hutchinson. “The handwritten note that Cassidy Hutchinson testified was written by her was in fact written by Eric Herschmann on January 6, 2021,” the spokesperson stated, further emphasizing that “all sources with direct knowledge and law enforcement have and will confirm that it was written by Mr. Herschmann.”

This revelation not only raises questions about Hutchinson’s credibility but also places Cheney, as vice chair of the committee, under scrutiny for her role in presenting this evidence.

During the committee’s hearings, Cheney highlighted the note as proof of Hutchinson’s direct involvement in drafting the statement for Trump. Cheney asked Hutchinson directly, “And it’s written on the chief of staff note card, but that’s your handwriting, Ms. Hutchinson?” Hutchinson confirmed, “That’s my handwriting.”

This exchange was crucial in the narrative presented by the committee, and the handwriting expert’s findings now call into question the integrity of the investigation. With this new information, critics of the January 6 Committee are calling for further investigations into how evidence was handled and whether due diligence was exercised during the hearings.

Further complicating the situation are reports that Cheney may have engaged in direct, unauthorized communications with Hutchinson and her associate, Alyssa Farah Griffin, during a critical phase of the investigation. Sources allege that Cheney used the encrypted messaging app Signal to contact Hutchinson on June 6, 2022, while Hutchinson was still represented by attorney Stefan Passantino.

Passantino has since stated that he was unaware of any direct contact between Cheney and his client. “I had not authorized any such communication,” Passantino said, adding that he only learned of it when contacted by Just the News for comment.

These communications, if proven to be unauthorized, could further damage Cheney’s credibility and potentially indicate unethical conduct during the investigation.

Liz Cheney has already faced significant political fallout due to her involvement in the January 6 Committee, which contributed to her losing the Republican primary in Wyoming. This latest scandal may further tarnish her reputation as she seeks to position herself as a leader within the anti-Trump faction of the GOP.

Critics argue that this latest revelation undermines the entire premise of Hutchinson’s testimony and raises doubts about the committee’s findings. With Herschmann’s handwriting confirmed by an expert and Cheney’s handling of evidence now under fire, the January 6 investigation may be facing one of its most significant controversies yet.

As calls for accountability grow, Cheney’s future in Republican politics remains uncertain. Whether this scandal will lead to further investigations into the committee’s practices or potential legal consequences for those involved remains to be seen.
