A Florida father is being praised for his quick thinking and courage after he injured himself rescuing his young children from a locked vehicle on a sweltering Father’s Day afternoon.
What began as a routine stop after church quickly turned into every parent’s nightmare.
Dominique Woods had just finished attending church services with his family and stopped at a Walmart in Port St. Lucie, Florida, to pick up supplies for a Father’s Day cookout. Accompanying him were his three young children—a 4-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 1-year-old.
