The battle over President Donald Trump’s mail-in voting overhaul has entered another explosive phase, with a federal judge in Massachusetts once again blocking key portions of the administration’s election-related rules.
The latest order from U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani came just days after the Supreme Court intervened in the case, creating a dramatic clash over who has the authority to establish and enforce nationwide standards for federal election mail.
