A political firestorm is brewing in South Texas—but you wouldn’t know it from the silence of the mainstream media.

In Texas’s 28th Congressional District, a growing scandal is raising serious alarms about election integrity, judicial ethics, and potential deep state collusion. At the center of it all is a Democrat incumbent under federal indictment, a wave of voter complaints about missing ballots, and a judge who blocked a ballot review—then announced he may run for the very same seat.
Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX), who has represented the district for over two decades, is currently under federal investigation for receiving more than $600,000 from foreign interests—including an Azerbaijani state-run oil company and a major Mexican bank.
To make matters worse, court filings show that at least three of Cuellar’s senior aides are cooperating with federal prosecutors. Yet, despite these bombshell revelations, Cuellar faced almost no media scrutiny as he remained on the 2024 ballot unchallenged by the Democratic Party.
