Victoria C. White was subjected to a harsh and barbaric punishment by Capitol Police on January 6, 2021, when they struck her over 40 times in four minutes; despite this, she is still charged with four crimes for being present in the Capitols. Ms. White is now pursuing legal action to seek retribution against the officers of the Metropolitan Police Department and its chief who were responsible for her unjustified beating and assault.
White has firmly decided to reject a potential plea deal with federal prosecutors after consulting with an eminent committee of House of Representatives members.

On January 6, 2021, startling video from the US Capitol showed a horrifying scene: White was shown being physically abused, including being repeatedly punched, bashed over the head with metal batons, and gripped by his hair before succumbing to pepper spray.

Bodycam video captured a startling incident between White and the cops, during which she was violently handled. Before she finally exited the tube, her trousers were half pulled down.
“The first blow came to me by a metal baton. It was really bad. I remember just trying to keep myself up because I was scared I would be trampled,” reported White. “Originally I thought I just got hit like three times on the head but it wasn’t until I saw the video that I realized how bad it was in the tunnel.’’
Leading authority on use-of-force procedures Stan Kephart said that the officer’s assault was so severe as to endanger life.
“The head is a sphere. What happens when you strike a spherical object with a blunted object at least resistance, [it] glances off the head,” Kephart said. “That’s a possibility. The second thing is you can hit them flush and kill them.”

Following the Capitol demonstrations on January 6th, representatives Boebert and Donalds met with those engaged for two days to address serious problems, such as the denial of due process, the use of force by the federal government, and political persecution. They worked together to get deeper understanding of the best way to address their complaints.
A moving representation of persons related to January 6 was present at the conference, including Freedom Express Media founder David Valentine, Guy Reffit’s wife Nicole Reffit, and Ashli Babbitt’s mother Micki Witthoeft.
On February 10, U.S. District Judge John D. Bates will preside over a hearing to determine White’s plea to the following charges: inciting civil disorder and aiding and abetting; entering restricted areas of government buildings without authorization; and disorderly and disruptive behavior in those areas or the chambers of the Capitol building.
On all counts, she maintained her innocence.
White posted on Twitter on Tuesday to reaffirm her intentions for the hearing on Friday “I will NOT be taking a plea deal.”
White’s court date is quickly coming after months of planning; the legal battle starts on May 8 in our country’s capital.
