The former press secretary for the Trump administration revealed last month that she had authored a book, “Serenity in the Storm: Living through Chaos by Leaning on Christ.”
The book’s Amazon description reads as follows: “Kayleigh McEnany brings to life the key cultural and political issues of our time, from the fall of Afghanistan to the Supreme Court’s abortion decision, analyzing world events through the lens of faith and providing readers with Serenity in the Storm. Our world, without question, is experiencing aberrational times. The ravages and life-altering realities of COVID-19 that I worked through as White House press secretary were just the start of it. What followed was a series of history-defining events. From the fall of Afghanistan to the nationwide crime wave, we’ve all endured painful images of death, destruction, and chaos.”
In 2019, Kayleigh McEnany’s career soared; her show “Outnumbered” astonishingly outperformed her rivals at CNN and MSNBC to rank among the top 20 cable television shows. The success came so quickly that it would peak just before she went on maternity leave.

She left a lasting impression on the political scene last autumn when her outspoken refutation of Stacey Abrams’ inaccurate claim regarding fetal heart tones went viral.
“There is no such thing as a heartbeat at six weeks. It is a manufactured sound designed to convince people that men have the right to take control of a woman’s body,” This week, Abrams spoke to an enthusiastic audience at an exciting campaign event held at the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center in Atlanta.
“I believe that abortion is a medical decision, not a political decision. Arbitrary politically-defined timelines are deeply problematic because they ignore the reality of medical and physiological issues,” The Republican National Committee has charged Stacey Abrams, a contender for governor of Georgia, of supporting unlimited access to abortion.
McEnany and Abrams got into a heated argument on Outnumbered over their divergent opinions.
“Stacey Abrams said there’s ‘no such thing as a heartbeat at 6 weeks. It is a manufactured sound designed to convince people that men have the right to take control of a woman’s body’ – She is wrong! I heard my baby’s heartbeat at my 1st OBGYN appointment. It was not manufactured!” She tweeted in response to the program section.
“FNC just completed its 18th consecutive month as the most-watched basic cable network in total day, averaging 1.35 million total day viewers in July 2022, per Nielsen live-plus-same-day data.
