Recently, Trump and his friends—including his attorneys and advisers—were lodged in the Fulton County Jail. They are accused as part of RICO lawsuit brought by district attorney Fani Willis. Willis is indicting Trump and his group for their objections to the 2020 election by invoking RICO legislation, which were historically used to bring down the Italian mafia.
Along with 18 other defendants, Trump through the typical booking procedures, which included being fingerprinted, having his weight recorded, and having his picture taken. Trump is accused of forging documents, soliciting a public official to violate their oath, making false statements, and violating Georgia’s RICO Act, among other offenses.
