Tyler Robinson Can’t Hide Now—Trial Goes Public

The legal showdown over the shocking murder of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk is about to take center stage. A Utah judge has confirmed that the trial of Tyler Robinson — the 22-year-old accused of killing Kirk — will not only be public but streamed live across the country.

A Case That Rocked Conservatives

Robinson was taken into custody on September 11 after allegedly confessing to fatally shooting Kirk, 31, at a student event in Utah. Authorities say Robinson’s rage was fueled by Kirk’s outspoken conservative views and his strong opposition to transgender ideology.

According to prosecutors, Robinson left behind a chilling note to his transgender lover and roommate, claiming the murder was done to “protect” him.

The Judge Speaks

U.S. 4th District Court Judge Tony Graf announced on Monday that the next court date is scheduled for October 30 at 10 a.m. He made it clear the hearing will be conducted in-person “if it be the wish of counsel for the defense for Mr. Robinson to be present.” Robinson’s attorney agreed to the arrangement.
