President Donald Trump has never been one to shy away from speaking his mind, and his latest remarks on Fox News raised eyebrows across the nation. During a Tuesday call-in to Fox & Friends, Trump confessed he’s worried about his chances of making it to Heaven, saying he’s been told, “I’m really at the bottom of the totem pole.”
The surprising comment came just a day after Trump hosted a high-stakes round of peace talks at the White House with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and several European leaders. The meetings followed his sit-down with Russian President Vladimir Putin, where Trump has been working tirelessly to hammer out a deal to end the bloody Russia-Ukraine war.
Trump told Fox hosts that his push for peace isn’t just about geopolitics—it’s also about saving lives and perhaps, in his words, earning his way into Heaven. “But if I can save 7,000 people a week from being killed… I think that’s a pretty– I want to try and get to heaven if possible, I’m hearing I’m not doing well. I hear I’m really at the bottom of the totem pole,” he said.
