President Donald Trump’s approval rating has soared to 55%, marking a major high, according to a new Napolitan News and RMG Research poll of 3,000 registered voters from February 10 to 14. Just the News reported that 55% approve of his performance, while 43% disapprove, with a 1.8% margin of error. A separate poll last Thursday showed a lower 48% approval.
Trump’s executive order targeting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies has shaken the corporate world. Last month, he signed an order banning DEI programs in the federal government and among federal contractors, according to The Center Square.

Corporations were already retreating from DEI initiatives, but Trump’s decisive action accelerated the shift. Retail giants like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Meta have publicly scaled back DEI efforts, with DEI mentions on earnings calls plunging. However, some companies are holding firm—Costco openly defied the administration, and Fiserv, a major federal contractor, continues to promote DEI, stating its commitment to “promoting diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organization.”
