Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has drawn a hard line, vowing he will never accept any U.S.-Russia agreement that leaves Ukraine out. In an interview with ABC News reporter Kristen Welker, Zelensky insisted Ukraine must be included in any peace talks.

Zelensky’s remarks followed his Saturday criticism of potential Trump-Putin talks without Ukraine’s input. He warned that excluding Kyiv from negotiations would endanger Ukraine’s sovereignty.
