Trump recently posted an AI-generated meme on Truth Social portraying himself as a doctor. The joke targeted comedian and actress Rosie O’Donnell, assigning her a tongue-in-cheek diagnosis of “Massive TDS” and giving the fictional condition a severity score of 98 out of 100.
The post is the latest chapter in a feud that has stretched across two decades and survived countless political battles, television appearances and social-media exchanges.
