“Given clear indications that President Biden lacked the capacity to exercise his Presidential authority, if his advisors secretly used the mechanical signature pen to conceal this incapacity, while taking radical executive actions all in his name, that would constitute an unconstitutional wielding of the power of the Presidency, a circumstance that would have implications for the legality and validity of numerous executive actions undertaken in Biden’s name,” he added.
In response, Biden released a tone-deaf statement late Wednesday, brushing off the investigation as a political distraction and insisting he was the one making all the decisions.
“I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations. Any suggestion that I didn’t is ridiculous and false,” Biden claimed.
“This is nothing more than a distraction by Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans who are working to push disastrous legislation that would cut essential programs like Medicaid and raise costs on American families, all to pay for tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy and big corporations,” he added.
But Biden’s insistence rings hollow given the growing body of evidence suggesting otherwise.
As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, Reuters obtained emails from the Justice Department’s pardon attorney, Ed Martin, who revealed that he had been ordered to investigate clemency decisions allegedly issued by Biden in the final stretch of his term—pardons that appeared to benefit close family members and even death row inmates.
Martin didn’t mince words in describing how troubling the situation is becoming.
“I had a whistleblower in my office 10 days ago, senior, senior Democrat saying, ‘Look, it was these three people that controlled access, and they were making money off of it,’” Martin told political analyst Mark Halperin. “I don’t know if I believe it yet, but the point is I think we have to get to the bottom of it for the American people and to protect the process. And that’s what we’re doing.”
Although Martin has yet to confirm names officially, he disclosed that the whistleblower was a high-level advisor from Biden’s 2020 campaign—raising serious credibility concerns for the Biden team.
According to Martin, the individuals at the center of the scandal were none other than Biden’s former Chief of Staff Ron Klain, far-left White House advisor Anita Dunn, and Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer. All three reportedly had unrestricted access to the autopen and may have used it to rubber-stamp executive actions without Biden’s awareness or input.
Even more troubling, former Biden counsel Steve Ricchetti and First Lady Jill Biden were allegedly key players in this behind-the-scenes operation. If true, this would mean that unelected officials were making presidential decisions while the Commander-in-Chief was either out of the loop—or worse, mentally incapable of performing his duties.
The real question now is: Who was running the country? If Trump’s investigation confirms what many have suspected for years—that Joe Biden was a puppet president manipulated by power-hungry insiders—the implications could rock the very foundation of our constitutional republic.
What began as a quiet suspicion has now exploded into a full-scale investigation that could reveal a historic fraud perpetrated against the American people. And yet, Biden’s only answer is to call it a “distraction”?
