President Donald Trump has declared the United States will officially withdraw from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) by the end of 2026. And this time, he’s not bluffing. After a comprehensive 90-day review launched in February, the Trump team concluded what many conservatives already suspected: UNESCO no longer aligns with American values.
A Wake-Up Call to the Globalist Agenda
According to State Department Spokesperson Tammy Bruce, the verdict was clear:
“UNESCO works to advance divisive social and cultural causes and maintains an outsized focus on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, a globalist, ideological agenda for international development at odds with our America First foreign policy.”
