The Trump administration has finalized a groundbreaking deportation agreement with the Pacific island nation of Palau, exposing just how unserious previous administrations were about enforcing immigration law.
Under the deal, Palau will accept up to 75 third country nationals who entered the United States illegally but cannot be deported to their home countries because those governments refuse to cooperate.
