Trump BETRAYED By His Biggest Ally!

In a stunning twist that caught conservatives off guard, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) appeared on CNN and seemed to turn her back on President Donald Trump, criticizing both his economic record and Republican leadership amid the ongoing government shutdown.

During her interview, Greene shifted blame for the crisis to Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) and House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), before taking direct aim at the “America First” economic vision that helped propel Trump to power.

“I’ve been vocal saying, you know, you can use the nuclear option in the Senate. This doesn’t have to be a shutdown, but what we have to do is we have to work for the American people,” Greene told CNN. “And our country is so divided right now… in what I would say very dangerous ways.” She even cited “the recent assassination of Charlie Kirk,” calling it evidence of that growing division.

Greene Sides with Democrats on Shutdown Talks

Greene openly backed extending Obama-era Affordable Care Act (ACA) premium subsidies, a central demand by Democrats to reopen the government. Republicans had already passed a “clean” short-term funding bill to keep the government running, but Democrats are holding out for more—insisting on billions in new spending, including taxpayer-funded health care for non-citizens.
