October 2024: The First Strike
This wasn’t the first act of aggression from Loudoun County officials. Back in October, Yazdani was calmly enjoying court-approved visitation with his son when his ex-wife appeared with a deputy in tow. Without so much as a question, Yazdani was handcuffed in front of his terrified 5-year-old son.
“My 5-year-old son screaming and begging to stay with me—his father—as I’m arrested in front of him. That is a sound I will never forget. And neither will he,” Yazdani recalled.
The arrest, allegedly sparked by a bogus assault claim, led to no conviction. The charge? Dismissed. But the damage to his family was permanent. His relationship with his brother—irreparably strained. His reputation? Tarnished without merit.
March 2025: The Baby is Taken

On March 28, the nightmare reached its peak. Armed officers stormed the Yazdani residence once more. Their target: Roxana. A baby still breastfeeding. A child utterly dependent on her mother. With no warrant, no emergency order, and no transparency, they took her by force.
