In what can only be described as a gut-wrenching abuse of government power, a U.S. Navy veteran and his wife were ambushed in their Virginia home as armed deputies—backed by Child Protective Services—forcefully tore away their one-month-old baby girl. No warrant. No due process. No criminal charge.
This isn’t fiction. This happened in the suburbs of Loudoun County, Virginia—in the United States of America, in 2025.
Farzin Yazdani, a veteran, engineer, and father, found himself staring down the barrel of a weaponized state machine. His crime? Loving his family—and standing in the crosshairs of a custody battle waged by a bitter ex-wife who, according to him, leveraged false claims to unleash the full fury of the system on an innocent household.

“I’m begging everybody who’s reading this that there’s a crime in progress currently, Loudoun County Government has abducted and falsely imprisoned a one-month-old breastfeeding baby from its innocent mother… Do whatever the algorithm needs to spread this story for the love of God,” Yazdani pleaded on social media.
The infant girl, Roxana—just 30 days old—was still nursing when CPS, joined by deputies, burst into the Yazdani home. No emergency, no proof of danger, no hearing. Just an affidavit, reportedly rooted in lies, that gave government agents the green light to seize a newborn from her mother’s arms.
