That’s exactly what happened when Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) put Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) on the hot seat during a fiery Judiciary Committee hearing. With a single, sharply aimed question, Cruz peeled back the curtain on what many conservatives have called one of the Biden administration’s most glaring hypocrisies: the Justice Department’s selective enforcement of the law.

The hearing took a dramatic turn when Cruz asked a question Democrats would rather avoid:
Had the Biden Justice Department taken action against the protesters harassing conservative Supreme Court justices at their private homes?
Cruz zeroed in on Title 18, Section 1507 of the U.S. Code, which clearly criminalizes demonstrations near a judge’s residence aimed at influencing court decisions. According to Cruz, not a single arrest had been made.
