A group of supporters gathered outside a Massachusetts courthouse this week to stand behind Lindsay Clancy, the mother accused of murdering her three young children, with some insisting that the horrific killings do not erase what they describe as her history as a loving parent.
Clancy is on trial over the January 2023 deaths of her children. She has acknowledged killing them, but her defense maintains that she was experiencing postpartum psychosis at the time and therefore should not be held criminally responsible.
