A bombshell has dropped on the Biden administration’s failure to care for America’s military academies—and it came straight from a former Trump cabinet member.
During a fiery commencement speech this week, U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy tore into years of neglect and mismanagement, exposing the dismal conditions endured by future officers under Joe Biden’s leadership.
And what he witnessed firsthand at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy was downright shameful.
On Monday, Duffy stood before the proud graduates of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy’s Class of 2025 in Kings Point, New York. The ceremony honored 207 newly commissioned military and merchant marine officers representing nearly 40 states.
But instead of delivering the usual political platitudes, Duffy issued a stern warning—and lit into the mess he says the Biden White House allowed to fester.
