Roberts Blocks Discovery Push… For Now
Roberts’ administrative stay halts two key orders issued by a federal judge in Washington, D.C., which had required DOGE to release sensitive internal records and forced its acting administrator, Amy Gleason, to sit for a deposition. Without this intervention, DOGE would have had to comply with strict deadlines—June 3 for document turnover and June 13 for Gleason’s testimony.
