RNC’s Move Shuts Down Duplicate Ballots in Battleground!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Just hours after the findings were shared, Lara Trump announced that the RNC had thoroughly investigated the reports and was taking immediate steps to prevent duplicate ballots from impacting Michigan’s vote count. “Our election integrity team received reports of thousands of duplicate ballots in Michigan,” Trump declared. She further clarified, “We immediately investigated and have CONFIRMED that it was a glitch in the system – these duplicates were not and WILL NOT BE COUNTED. We are on it and protecting the vote!”

Michigan’s voter rolls have long been a point of contention. The state’s voter logs are under fire for containing inactive or unverifiable entries, a situation critics argue poses a risk to election integrity. Jocelyn Benson, Michigan’s Secretary of State and a Democratic figure frequently targeted by the GOP, has downplayed concerns over the state’s voter records, attributing critical reports to “misinformation” efforts by foreign actors.

Earlier this month, Benson engaged in a public debate with tech billionaire Elon Musk over the accuracy of Michigan’s voter logs. She contended that Musk was spreading “misinformation” about the number of voters in the state. According to Benson, “There aren’t more voters than citizens in Michigan. There are 7.2 million active registered voters and 7.9 citizens of voting age in our state.” Benson claims Musk is inflating the numbers by including 1.2 million inactive voters due for removal.

Musk, who has become vocal on election issues, retorted by pointing out a critical detail: inactive voters won’t be removed from Michigan’s records until 2027, long after the upcoming election. He stated bluntly, “Jocelyn Michelle Benson, shame on you for blatantly lying to the public!” Musk added, “You only plan to remove the ineligible voters AFTER this election. That necessarily means that there are far more people registered to vote than there eligible voters.”

Adding to concerns about ballot integrity, Michigan allows voters to register up to Election Day and does not require voters to present photo ID at the polls. Instead, voters can sign an affidavit affirming they lack ID, which then permits them to cast a ballot. Critics argue this policy weakens security and opens the door for ineligible votes to be cast.

As election day nears, Michigan is dealing with another controversy. On Wednesday, a University of Michigan student originally from China was charged with illegally voting in Ann Arbor. Authorities allege that the student, who is not a U.S. citizen, used his student ID to vote. He reportedly reached out to the county clerk’s office, attempting to retrieve his ballot, which raised suspicions. According to Michigan’s Secretary of State’s office, the student falsely signed a document asserting he was a U.S. citizen. Despite the charges, his ballot remains counted in the upcoming election.

As the election approaches, Michigan continues to be a flashpoint for debates on voter integrity. This latest development has fueled concerns from conservatives and watchdog groups who argue the state’s voting protocols lack sufficient oversight, putting the legitimacy of Michigan’s vote in question.
