In yet another jaw-dropping example of the two-tiered justice system, a Missouri judge has sparked national outrage by letting a far-left arson suspect walk free — all because he claims to need “gender-affirming care.”
As KSHB reported, U.S. Magistrate Judge Jessica Hedges made the stunning decision on April 24 to release 19-year-old Owen McIntire, a suspect accused of firebombing Tesla Cybertrucks and their charging stations in Kansas City. McIntire faces serious federal charges but was still handed a get-out-of-jail card before trial.

Rather than keeping the dangerous suspect behind bars, Judge Hedges sided with McIntire’s legal team, who insisted he needed special medical treatments, including for depression and “gender-affirming care.”
