Thankfully, Sortor managed to recover the flag — a symbol of resistance that many say perfectly represents what he’s fighting for: truth and freedom in the face of violent leftist mobs.

A Trump supporter named Tommy Allen, wearing a MAGA hat, saw Sortor being attacked and bravely rushed to help. Witnesses say Allen acted in self-defense as Antifa members surrounded both men — yet police chose to arrest him instead of the attackers.
While Sortor was being pummeled by the mob, Portland police did absolutely nothing to stop the assault. Then, in a stunning twist, they detained Allen for “assaulting” one of the Antifa agitators — despite multiple videos showing that he had merely been defending himself and Sortor from harm.
Another video angle even shows Allen knocking out an Antifa militant with a single punch after the masked thug appeared to lunge at him with a weapon.
The arrest of Tommy Allen underscores what many conservatives have been saying for years: Portland has become a lawless city where patriots are criminalized and domestic extremists roam free.
Americans are demanding accountability and action — and some are calling for strong federal intervention. As one outraged supporter wrote online, “Trump needs to defy the corrupt courts and send federal forces to Portland now.”
