On July 17, the bridge became the backdrop for a confrontation between anti-ICE radicals and Kentucky police officers who were determined to restore order. The situation escalated when a group of protesters attempted to block the bridge, disrupting traffic and putting public safety at risk.

The video captures a particularly tense moment when a female officer, armed with a long gun, approaches an agitator wearing a baseball cap. What follows is a swift takedown by another male officer who wastes no time neutralizing the threat.
