The former broadcaster turned political firebrand has not publicly confirmed the talks, and conflicting statements have emerged regarding the nature of her discussions with the conservative network.
Lake, who spent over 20 years anchoring at Phoenix’s Fox 10, transitioned from a trusted local news figure to a prominent conservative voice aligned with former President Donald Trump. After leaving journalism, Lake ran for governor in 2022, a high-profile race in which she lost to Democratic opponent Katie Hobbs. The election garnered widespread attention after Hobbs refused to debate Lake, fueling political tension in Arizona.
