Just In: Russia’s Iran Intel Role Raises Alarm

A disturbing new intelligence report suggests that Russia may now be quietly aiding Iran in its confrontation with the United States, potentially giving Tehran sensitive information that could be used to target American military assets across the Middle East.

According to U.S. intelligence officials who spoke with The Associated Press, Moscow has allegedly supplied information that Iranian forces could use to track or strike U.S. warships, aircraft, and other American military installations operating in the region. While officials said there is no proof that the Kremlin is directly instructing Iran on how to use the intelligence, the revelation still raises serious alarms about Russia’s role in the escalating conflict.

The report comes at a time when the military campaign between U.S.-Israeli forces and Iran has rapidly intensified, pushing the region closer to a wider war. American and Israeli forces have continued conducting heavy strikes on Iranian military targets, while Tehran has responded with missile and drone attacks aimed at U.S. positions and allied partners throughout the Gulf.

Despite the troubling report about Russia’s possible involvement, the White House insists that the intelligence-sharing effort has not changed the military reality on the ground.
